PRIVATE AND SMALL GROUP ART LESSONS
IN-PERSON AND ONLINE, FALL AND SPRING SEMESTER.
For children who love to create art and want more than just the basics! This curriculum lays a strong foundation around the formal content of art education, while refining the eye and the hand through the practice of new skills and techniques. Students will explore art elements and design principles, aesthetics and production, content notes, and sketchbook studies.
Drawing, Watercolor, Multi-Media, and Acrylic on Canvas projects!! This curriculum encourages creativity and self-expression, builds confidence, strengthens fine motor skills, develops hand-eye coordination, and inspires a creative approach to problem solving. Emphasis is placed on freedom and autonomy. Students explore a variety of art media while creating beautiful works of art.
This series is designed for students who want to develop and prepare a portfolio based on the audition requirements for his/her magnet/High School. One-on-one instruction with regular consultation for feedback and critique, as students organize and build their collection. This program is open to any student who wants to gain more experience.
Prerequisite: Foundations I & II
